I really like this item. The dosage is perfectly made, and the capsule size is easy to swallow as well. I have noticed good improvement in my hair and skin since taking this item over the past one month. The antioxidant capability can be felt with less body aches etc due to inflammation.
Excellent product by Carlson's which I thought I would try as usually take a liquid. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste and take alongside Vit K being as it contains Vit D. Ensures safe delivery to the bones as opposed to blood vessels. Would purchase again at the right price~

I really like these capsules; they're small and easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste. After using them for a month, my hair and skin got better, and body aches from inflammation eased up too. Plus, it works well with Vitamin K since it has Vitamin D for bone health.
It might be that my diet got a bit better but I noticed improvements in my skin (rosacea and occasional acne). Small and easy to swallow.
This is a high gamma-tocopherol vitamin E, which is more balanced than the usual alpha-tocopherol formulas. Gamma-tocopherol is the most abundant form of naturally occurring vitamin E in the diet. The only competitor that I am aware of is Ultimate E, which is also very good.
