It's nice that this is the MK-7 form of K2 which is derived from chickpeas. Gel caps are nice and small and easy to swallow. Carlson offers a top quality product at a very fair price. I also take their Vitamin D3 which works in unison with the K2 for healthy bones. I will surely purchase this product again!

From what I have researched, this is one of the best forms of quality vitamin K I can find. Good dosage, easy size to swallow, decent price. I take it to help with calcium absorption.
Doctor said my mum has mild osteopenia (pre-osteoporosis) on one of her knee. Hopefully after taking this there will be improvement in her DEXA scan. Both quality and ingredient is clean and superb!
The dose of 90mcg is good for me to help bone health. Also prefer the soft gel than capsule as this vitamin is fat sulable.
