I like this brand: Carlson. Their supplement are high quality and good for health. The size is small, easy to swallow. Dosage is good. I like it to have in the morning with vitamin D3, it improves it absorbtion and have a lot of benefits. The ingredient is a vitamin K2 good form what absorbs well.

I think Carlson is a good brand and I trust their quality. The capsules are small in size with oily liquid inside. Easy to swallow. I take 1 a day with vitamin D3. 90mcg in one softgel. The taste is fine, no ill effects and studies show there are multiple benefits in taking K2.
