I've been taking these Carlson fish oil soft gels for years now, and they are the most reliable brand I've found. The capsules are a good size and I never get any unpleasant fishy aftertaste, which is a huge win. I truly believe they've helped support my joint health and keep my cholesterol levels in check. It's a supplement I take with confidence and will continue to repurchase.
