Really good quality. It is rare for this product, but zink here does have good effect for your hair. Taste is neutral, which is the big plus, because you buy antioxidant that you need and don’t get weird flavoured ingredients. Package made of plastic which is not a benefit for non capsuled product. But it can be partially neglected if the age of it is not big. It is a good product and can become a great addition to your diet. Tablet size is 30 mg which is double dose for adult.

Best form of zinc. I take it before bed and I find that it helps strengthen my immunity and reduces any inflammation. I love it!
