Great value and quantity for the price, I take Aleve for chronic pain and I need to stock up, thank you iHerb for selling directly from the manufacturer and providing an expiration date which is the most important for me when I'm buying a lot of capsules
I used to use this for my menstrual cramps because they were pretty intense. It did help but it didn’t always last the 8 hours it claims to. It’s definitely a good size but do peek at the expiration date. It did make me feel a little better but I am glad I don’t need to rely on it anymore. It’s effective but maybe not strong enough for stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis. I would’ve tried a natural alternative if I could find one.

A good pain reliever. I liked the soft capsules, I can't say how effective they are yet - I just received them. The packaging is normal, convenient, the composition is what was needed.
