We get both these and the standard Miracle noodles and are still trying to decide whether we prefer the organic or can even tell the difference. If you want organic then the choice is clear but we only got these to try a comparison. We've gone through some generic versions of these noodles and Miracle is clearly the winner.

Great low calorie pasta! Very filling and good texture! Goes well with any pasta dish.

Quality is good. No abhorrent scent. No taste. Use it with wheat pasta or something similar to increase volume. Small package size and portion. Only 2 small serving size because not many are accustomed to such fiber amount. Pure ingredients. Just kongac, water, and citric acid for preservation. Expensive. Buy non-organic.

These noodles are fairly expensive for the size, but still well worth the price! I use half of the package per meal for one person so that's roughly $2 per serving. I like the and texture and they satisfy my craving for noodles without all of the carbs. They don't have much taste but they nicely absorb whatever sauce you use. I'll repurchase again and again, the only issue is that they are frequently out of stock with no sense of when they will be back - the date seems to be a moving target. So I set an alert so I can grab as soon as they're in stock.

Perfect noodles, love it!! Super easy to cook, great taste once absorbs any sauce. Great ingredients, package is easy to open and can serve for two. Will repurchase.
