it says two tablets, I started with one and when I increased it to two before food, i felt dizzy, tired, nausea and like shaking.. Not sure if it's because of the product or the other supplements am taking, but increasing the dose of this one was the only change that day!

Regarded as an antioxidant, and as a close family member reported did lower TPO and to a lesser degree Tg Ab. Those two tests play a major and crucial importance in controlling thyroid health issues.

Was good but I changed to same brand but focused version because after researching I realised it’s not doing much as mixture too little of each but higher concentration of one thing is working better
