I just finished the bottle and was taking about 3 a day along with shilajit. It is supposedley good for detox, parasites and overall health. I did notice my menstruation was about 3 days longer than usual while taking this but no other abnormal symptoms.

I have tried at least 15 different brands and this is the best. Strong, but minimal gross burps or stomach upset. Very effective at fighting a wide variety of microbial infections, superior to antibiotics which failed (not medical advice). Also great for menstrual cramps and increasing fertile fluid. It appears to have the highest thymoquinone content of those I’ve tried based on its effects. Others I’ve tried claim higher but are not as effective.

Been taking this to helo with my cholesterol, but have not did blood test to confirm if it works. The price is not expensive ans it is easy to swallow. Sometimes does feels the aftertaste/burps which is not so nice.
