The ingredients and the quality of this multivitamin is really good and could not found on my local market so I purchase it from I herb.
It is a large pill to swallow but I chose it because it said it had very bioavailable ingredients and I wanted extra support for nursing while pregnant. Will update after completing a bottle. Completed a bottle now and I have noticed a great difference at first but I think now my body acclimated to it? Considering using individual supplements and refining diet more. Would recommend as a good boost if it is difficult to eat well.
Quality is amazing I feel good taking these vitamins. The ingredients seem clean and they don’t have any taste. I use them every day, the capsules size is not too big which helps to swallow them. Package is easy to open, I think it can bring benefits as I want to get pregnant in a few months.

Many vitamin complex comes in a form of capsule and it's impossible to customize the potion I want to take. But this vitamin is made into tablets so that I can split the table in whatever potion using a pill spliter. In this way I can adjust how much I want to take according to my needs.
It has a great quality. The ingredient is just what I was looking for. The size of pill is a bit bigger than I wanted, but not a big deal. I use it for preparing baby for now (to first trimester). It benefit to have a balanced nutrient, and the package and taste is just right.
I took prenatal vitamins of a different brand before (bought in a pharmacy and prescribed by the doctor) and my stomach did not like it at all. I had pain and uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.
