I purchased this product based on a recommendation and the perceived quality. However, I cannot comment on the effectiveness or quality of the product as I only used it once. The flavor was too sweet for me, and I typically prefer unflavored products. Unfortunately, this brand doesn't offer an unflavored option, so I had to settle for the chocolate flavor, which I found excessively sweet. As a result, I experienced a headache after trying it. I will never purchase it again, sorry.

It's expensive but the taste is unbeatable. When you have to drink it everyday, the taste matters a little more. Seems like a formula that works too.

I'm not sure what exactly it is in those ingredients, but this combo with hot water really makes a difference in relaxing for sleep and aids recovery. The chocolate taste is great quality. The price is steep but this is so worth it to splurge on and have in cupboard for those in between nights when you are hight strung and starting to feel soreness from the workout of the day, or just if you know that you have a massive workout coming up next morning

It’s great after a workout since it’s drunk before sleep to aid in recovery. It tastes verrryyy chocolatey though so I need to add more milk to dilute it
