I have had problems with the product because the simple form of creatinine caused me to have severe bloating and severe swelling. I did not see anything special with the consumption of this product, that is, I did not see any severe swelling, however, I do not like the taste of it at all.

Delivered in good quality. I like the lemon lime ingredient/flavoring. I also like mixing this with soda water to make it taste like a lemon lime soda! Very refreshing and clean tasting. No bloating. Just leaves a gritty feeling in my teeth after so make sure to drink it with lots of water.

Good taste and effect, the taste is strong and very good comparing to the similar lemon taste supplements, and the effect is good on power and muscle size.

The bottle is small, like a perfume bottle, nothing like a regular Creatine supplement, but the dosage is also 1/5th in comparison to the other brands. I used to take another type of Creatine, 5gr out of a large container, but you are supposed to take 1gr out of the Kaged one.. I have no side effects, but I can’t tell if they are because I take such a small dosage or if it’s due to its special composition. So far so good.. I also like the taste!

Always the best in HCL Creatine , I would recommend it people should replace there creatine mono with this one and specifically if you are feeling bloated , this is the one you should try
