I really like that this does NOT have magnesium stearates and is Non-GMO! Ubiquinol is better absorbed than CoQ10. I take this for idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. It has been shown in studies that there is NO benefit to take HIGH doses for me, and the high dose bottle has stearates, so I'm more than happy to stick to the low dose. Other then Coq10 the capsule is made with quality extra virgin olive oil (not soy or a lesser inflammatory one) rosemary as a preservative and beeswax. Classy AF. Hands down ubiquinol coq10 is the strongest antioxidant I've ever come across, and I've tried just about everything over the years.

Excellent quality. Good price, too. Ubiquinol is more expensive, of course, than Co-Q-10. On advice from a health advisor at a supplement store, I was told to try the Co-Q 10- as it does work for some of us over the age of 50. I did so for about two weeks, and didn't notice too much. Then I switched to Ubiquinol and found I did feel better, and it also brought my blood pressure down. I have normal kidney function...but when I get stressed (which is often) I find I don't urinate as much (cortisol levels are higher which causes water retention/kidneys hold onto). But, when I take the Ubiquinol it helps with that. Of course, my observation is just that, anecdotal, but definitely noticeable and desirable result. Another benefit is that my high blood pressure came down by 20 points for Systolic (the top number) and about 10 points for diastolic. As for energy purposes...I don't notice much of a difference.
