I just started taking these. Purchased mainly because it supposed to help with hair loss. So far I can see some improvement. I am also taking some other supplements so it's too early to say what is working. Size, quality and ingredients are among the best in pumpkin seed oil category. So far I am liking it. Definitely will consider buying again.
I just started today so I can only speak on the ease it was for me to swallow my first capsule. While it is large, I had no issues with it due to swallowing length-wise with a good glug of water. It didn't taste like anything because it didn't sit on my tongue long enough for the gel capsule to breakdown. I'm taking this for both heart pressure and hair reasons so we'll see what the 8 week update (May 2nd) brings.

Honestly, these are the easiest to take despite the size. they don't taste bad. The capsule is pretty sweet. I'm using it for my hair growth and can see the benefits the quality is great. the ingredients are simple, but make sure as with any vititam to take it with a meal.
