I take this one's a day , kind of big capsule to swallow . it's hard to say if it's working or not because i do take other supplements with it . but above all i haven't seen any kind of allergic reactions.

Those important essential fatty acids support good health. The softgel is relatively large but I easily swallow it. I recommend this product.

I like these capsules because they are easy to swallow and flax seed is a great anti-inflammatory and source of omegas.

Great quality flaxseed oil. Would be perfect if the capsule was vegan (it is not because it contains gelatin).
