Great product. I have used it for a couple months now and it has been helping a lot.

I turned 51 this year. Part of aging well and staying in shape (besides working out, avoiding alcohol and processed foods), is to supplement my healthy eating habits with vitamins and compounds that raise energy and my own hormone production. Vitamin B6 along with other supplements helps me to accomplish that. I did a DNA test and as it turns out, I have higher requirements for Vitamin B6. I started taking it over a two years ago and I love it. I also take Ashwagandha, Boron, Fish Oils, Togkat Ali, D3 + K2 and a multivitamin. I bought this to try and increase my energy. Did nothing to me. Wasnt sure what I was even expecting of them to do. But I really enjoyed the taste, like candy :)

For me, its taste is overly sweet and sugary. I might look for some other alternative.

Ok overall, but not ultimately not what I needed. Wish B6 was in a different format. There appears to be increased risk with B6 in this form, and at this dosage. I was cutting gummies into 1/4 pieces to take a smaller dose. Not a lot of options for B6 gummies (with only B6) - so this serves a purpose.

Needed something my toddler could take after it was prescribed by her doctor. Looked everywhere. This works, though I misread that a full dose is two gummies. That’s disappointing.
