I love this Vitamin D3 supplement. The dosage of 5000 IU per serving is perfect to get the benefits of Vitamin D3. I prefer Vitamin D3 over D2 because D3 is naturally occuring, meaning it is produced in your body when you're exposed to sunlight. Where I live in the winter, there isn't much sun, so it's critical that I supplement with Vitamin D3. Solgar is a great, quality brand and I've been using them for years. I highly recommend!
