I have been taking this one now for 3 months and I havent got sick after that. My daughter goes to day care and I always get what she gets and since starting 1000mg of vitamin c a day I havent got sick anymore (fingers crossed). The pill is on the large size but I still think it is easy to swallow. Rose hips is a plus ingredient. Feeling like my immunity is def up.
