Quercetin Bromelain + Stinging Nettle & Vitamin C, 90 Vegetable Capsules

I took this to see if it helps with my sinus. I suffer from bad sinus congestion and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night because of the congestion. This has helped dry up the mucus and that helps me to sleep better. Only concern is that if I stop taking it, i wonder if I will get a rebound. Anyway, I plan to finish the bottle and observe what will happen if I don't continue with it.

I purchased it for that reason and to help with mid-day allergy symptoms which it seems to ward off. I only take one dose as recommended. I believe the ingredients are good quality and also assist with reproduction age. Nettle is good for immunity and the size of the pills aren’t too bad.

I bought to to reduce my nose allergy. I only take one capsules sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't work. Maybe need 2 capsules daily. Still trying out.
