I actually was craving the scent of sandalwood when I bought the shampoo bar and it hit that craving but I'm not sure if I will buy it again because I don't know I really don't know I might buy it again but not anytime soon maybe if I'm craving the scent of sandalwood this one is supposed to be a purifying shampoo bar but now that it is getting cold I need something moisturizing

I like shampoo bars because they don’t come in plastic bottles that inevitably get thrown away and worsen our environmental problems. They bars also last a long time. My issue with this shampoo bar is that the fragrance of sandalwood is quite strong, so if you are sensitive or allergic to strong fragrances, this shampoo bar isn’t for you.

The scent is wonderful. But it tends to leave a residue. I have very fine long hair and this shampoo bar makes it impossible to brush. If you have curly hair and don't brush your hair with a brush I reckon it would be fabulous. I love the fragrance, so I'm going to use it as body soap.

I really wanted to like it but it was an absolute disaster. I have used many different types of shampoo in my 40 years of life and switched to shampoo bars a few years ago. I have always had luck with various different shampoo bars so I was excited to give this one a try. EDIT: We are a few days later and I can now truly say that it has permanently ruined my hair. I have tailbone length hair and it has turned into pure straw from using this horrible shampoo bar. It's completely dry.. years and years of taking great care of my hair and keeping it healthy for it to be ruined by washing it ONCE with this absolutely terrible shampoo bar.. PLEASe do not use this if you love your hair. I have to make an appointment with an actual hair salon now to fix my hair and hopefully restore it to health. DO NOT BUY THIS! After washing and rinsing my hair felt heavy and it dried and what was left was a layer of hard substance on the hair and all over my scalp. I rinsed again.. and the next day it was STILL hard and sticky so I washed it with another shampoo and it was STILL not completely clean. This is insane.. I did not use a lot either, I simply lathered it onto my scalp like I do with any other shampoo bar and this was the result. I am not using it again obviously and after 1 try I threw it in the trash which sucks. If it works for other people.. great. But it did not at all work for me.. I have very normal hair, not dry or oily.

This clay shampoo makes my hair feel and look thicker. The shampoo bar makes my hair more voluminous but also washes hair well with out drying or leaving any cast on hair. I have been using the same shampoo bar for about 4 months and I have a lot of left, so for the 70 grams soap size it will last probably about 6 months.

The aroma of sandalwood is little bit strong for me

This is a really nice shampoo bar. The scent is sandalwood as it says, not too much, though. It lathers well, and quicker than some other shampoo bars I’ve used. It will last longer too. I don’t know about the purifying quality. Packaging is as pictured.
