I tried this fist time in place of glutathione. It is has great ingredient with quercetin which I also consume through apples and onions. I was taking once a day for long term health benefit until someone suggested that it should be tsken twice a day. Taking twice a day caused palpitation snd discomfort to my heart and breathing. I think the quality is great but it should not be overdone. I am planning to take this supplement again but with selenium intead of zinc.
