Excited to try this new product form Nugo. Secure and enticing packaging. Edit: NOT VEGAN. And just can’t eat it. Why does the top of the description read “certified vegan” but the ingredients has whole milk powder? It is misleading. I am a vegan and I bought this.
It has a strange taste. Looking at the ingredients list, I think the source of the strange taste is probably rice dextrin plum. I could detect it even with a stuffy nose, so I can't imagine eating it normally.
The ingredients are quality and controlled so I had no qualms giving my kids even though it contains chocolate

These are quite good, good flavor but I wish they were organic. Easy to bring with you when on the go and the quality is pretty good. I’d live to try other flavors from this brand

I was looking for something healthy and easy to eat, and upon closer inspection, I noticed the canola oil. It's good to have a lot of it, but Larabars have a more natural sweetness and seem to have better ingredients.
NuGo Nutrition Fiber d' Lish tastes good, low in fat but also low in protein which is a downside but the bars are a nice size and a good source of fiber. Have good flavor options but I like the brownie and blondie flavors the best.
This is nutritionally a good snack option, with 12 grams of fiber and 160 calories. It would be nice to have a bit more than the 3 grams of protein and a bit less than 1.5 grams of saturated fat, but perhaps that could happen in the future. Packaging is durable and keeps the product fresh. Overall, the ingredients do not show any cause for concern and the taste/texture is quite agreeable.
