Im so glad i gave these a chance. So many bars are dry, not really as healthy as they say and promise all diet help. These were just a call to sanck healthy. And, they gave so much more. I did find the protein a positive after a workout as the quality is so high. I loved the tase and im buying more.

I have complex digestive problems and thought I would try these. I like the taste but they have not been helpful for me and actually made my situation worse. My situation is unique though. So, if you are looking for a complete source of fiber I think these bars have good ingredients and are more enjoyable than a fiber supplement like Metamucil. I’m on a constant diet so I love that these bars are super filling because of all of the fiber! They’re not so high in protein so I wouldn’t eat this before a workout, but I love having them with my morning coffee!
