Healthy snack. Delicious with full of dietary fibers. I thought it'd be my favorite snack. However, I have a sensitive stomach, then I had to go to bathroom many times after eating this. That's a shame.

Fiber d'lish helps me make sure i get enough fiber in my diet. It seems to be of good quality and benefit me. I like the package and I like the taste.
I haver to admit the first time I tried these I ended up returning , since they were not at all what I expected based on past NuGo bars I had tried. I incorrectly judged them. Later, on a different occasion when I tried them , I began to appreciate their 'differentness' as a part of the extreme nutritious nature they have, in my estimation. Now they are one of my few 'favorite' protein-type bars.
This was recommended to me by my dietician as a way to ensure I get enough fiber. I find this chocolate fiber bar delicious, satisfying, LOTS of fiber, convenient , not too sweet. tastes fresh, natural ingredients.I highly recommend if you are looking for an easy way to hit your fiber goals every day.
tastes is pretty good, like a chocolate-oatmeal flavor. i didn’t find it helped a ton for regularity but it was a nice, healthy, in between meals snack.
