A real quality product from Bob's Red Mill the tastes great and with a short ingredient list that you can actually understand. I like to find natural bars combined grams of protein and fiber than sugar and these have that. Great for a snack after a workout or as an on the go breakfast.

I love these bars. There are quick and easy, but most of all they only have 3 ingredients (peanuts, oats, honey). They taste really good. They are the perfect size for a lunchbox or purse. They fill you up. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack in between meals. Only 220 calories. It’s got protein and fiber. No fillers or additives.
