I've earlier used sodium ascorbate. In theory, this magnesium one should be better for me since I don't need the extra sodium. The colour of the ingredient is yellow, and the powder doesn't dissolve in water as well as sodium ascorbate. The taste isn't pleasant. However, I'll probably stick to magnesium ascorbate even in the future.
This good quality magnesium product is very gentle on the tummy and doesn’t aggravate my histamine intolerance symptoms from the vitamin C. It is a good size and lasts quite a while. This is my daily staple and I highly recommend this as a vitamin C powder.
