Black Seed, Whole Premium Black Cumin Seed, 16 oz (454 g)

The Black seeds came very quickly, they smelled fresh, and the packaging was great as always. Previously, I have always taken black seed oil. I thought for sure this would be better, but it was very tedious grinding the seeds in a nutri-bullet and pestle. Once FINALLY crushed, I mixed the seed powder with organic raw honey. Honestly, I did not think it was as effective as taking the black seed oil that I usually take. I have still always been very happy with i-herb. I have been ordering for years and have always been very happy with selection, products, prices, shipping, and customer service. Amazing Herbs brand has a great reputation, but I still believe their oil version is better. Oh, and just know that all black seed products taste bad! FYI... Black seed oil /seeds have over 1,000 uses, antiviral, antifungal, etc. It's a very useful herb. Just the oil is definitely my preference going forward.

I can't believe I hadn't tried this before! These black cumin seeds are amazing. They taste peppery and are kind of like chewing sesame seeds. Since black seed oil treats so many things, I figured eating a little bit of black seeds themselves would help to keep us healthy while providing a bit of spice. You don't need much. This should last my family a couple months. Quality is excellent - as you would expect from Amazing Herbs. Good for inflammation.

I received my item very heat temperature during delivery. Packaging is safe but the looks cheap maybe is the box , next time please keep Insulated shipping boxes and thermal liners to make a huge difference to keep the products at a stable temperature. For items that need to stay cool, and take note on the boxes that the item is avoid to heat .

For health benefits. Must buy. Good package. Rich in nutrients.

This is my second purchase of these black seeds. The last tub lasted me a year and I use it in the morning with a teaspoon of honey for the health/immunity benefits.

I love the way this is packaged and the sheer amount of seeds that you get. I want to grow my own plants and I got this both to cook with and also to grow out the flowers for a home kitchen stock of omega 3s and healthy cholesterol. I’m really excited to use this as a flavoring for my homemade chips

This is a large quantity and a good value. I’m using to make black seed oil tincture and to put in gelatin capsules. First time experiment so we’ll see how it goes.

Add to dahls and rice tastes great. Good flavor for baked goods as well.

Nice ! You can add it to eggs and many more other food

The taste is very natural without any added sweetness. Very natural
