During my first trimester, I experienced nausea with other prenatal vitamins because of their taste and smell. This one, however, did not trigger any nausea at all. It’s also just one capsule per day, so there’s no need to take multiple pills like with other brands. Although it contains slightly lower amounts of some vitamins compared to other prenatals, it’s still a great and effective option overall.

I liked the vitamin content (ingredients) thats included in this vitamin pack. The Multivitamin is a bit fishy (very similar to the smell of dried sea kelp) in smell and taste, so I always hold my breath while taking them especially during the first trimester. I like taking them at night before bed as well- sometimes they made me feel a bit nauseous if taken during the day. Highly recommend if you don't mind the smell.

This contains DHA, Folic acid, as well as choline, which was studied to have protential brain support in newborns. The package is nice and well thought-out. Please note that you will have to take 2 capsules per day, as the choline comes in a separate bottle than the other multivitamin softgel. The choline can sometimes taste sour, so keep that in mind. I'm very happy with this supplement.

The taste was the most important thing and luckily it feels great. Not like other ones that smell bad and make you not want to take these every day.. Been taking it for 2 trimesters and can’t thank enough the person who recommended me to try it.

It helps for the brain support of the baby. I really feel very good having this prenatal vitamin. The package size and taste is also very good.

This is a great set in the sense that it offers most all of the nutrients needed in prenatals and you even get choline in a separate tablet. However, I can't take these. The tablets get greasy and stink of fish oil. Taking these make me feel nauseous if I can actually get them down from the smell.
