I took it for my mom in law, she is 61yo, and she has pain in her articulates ( she has arthrosis and also gut), so taking Calcium chelate, vit D3+K2 and collagen after 3 weeks she has pain relief. Not medical advice, but definitely this combo works for her and we are happy.. Will take it more, cause she almost finished the bottle. Good supplement for your bones, it has better absorbtion then the other ine, but the price is not the best one, but I took it on promotion price

Glad to be able to source sometjing other than the carbonate source in Thailand. Due to IBS, my diet is really restricted and I need calcium to heal a bone injury. Carbonate doesnt cut it gor me. This does.
