I used to use butter and MTC Oil, but this is lower calorie and does the trick! You will feel full and energized for hours!

I like this, the taste and quality of this product is very good. The ingredients seem to be of a good quality as well. I include this by blending this into my coffee together with some grass fed butter and some more MCT oil. I recommend this since it is a good and beneficial way to add some good fats to your diet.

First of all the jar has a nice and comfortable wide opening which helps to spoon out the ghee. Regardless, the taste is great and it is a very versatile cooking oil as well.

Tried this as a creamer but didn't work for me as one, I had to go back to my half n half ;D I do use it when cooking recipes that require butter or ghee, adds nice flavor!

I have not used it yet but bought it as I have always added usual ghee in my coffee. This makes it easier for me to blend with my coffee and extra health benefits by getting healthy animal fats.
