I drink golden milk every night before I sleep. It calms my body and it soothes my gut. It tastes delicious! I love all of the ingredients in Sunwarriors Golden Milk! it is packed with good beneficial stuff. It mixes easily with both water and milk. I prefer milk! It is a high quality I know because I know how curcumin tastes! :) I can only recommend it.
Although it may be good for lactation, I didn’t like the flavor of tumeric (and that’s my fault for ordering it). Also, keep in mind that after one cup you’ll have a yellow tooth brush and yellow teeth. So, think about this and if you don’t mind the flavor and side effects, I recommend it for the health benefits alone.
I take this to help with inflammation and overall wellbeing. I put it in my meal shake. The taste is not overpowering. love the ingredients. good size. the seal of the packaging broke after a while though. find such seals do have this problem as we open and close it frequently.

I like that quality and clean ingredients. taste is amazing and size is ok. nice packaging . great antioxidants and anti inflammatory benefits . composition is beneficial for gut health. mixing in plant based milk or full cream milk will be nice. I recommend this drink.
