I need more fiber in my diet. I try to eat right but it's not always easy. Most supplemental products only have 6-8 g of fiber per scoop or whatever and it's difficult to add them into your diet. I've tried mixing ground flax seed into mashed potatoes or soup and it changes the texture at least a little. I love this because in 1 capful it's 14 g and it's really easy to take a swig whenever without altering my meal. The taste isn't exactly orange but it's pleasant enough that's it's easy to take. Please don't change the formula and I'll keep buying and spread the word.

I got this one for my kid’s constipation. The first time we tried( I tried it as well) it worked very next day. Its ingredients are good. It gaves us some cramps but it did work well. We use this whenever we need it.

The flavor is pleasant and not too artificial, and it’s easy to add to water. It does help with digestion when used consistently, but it can be a bit thick if you don’t mix it well. Decent product, just takes some getting used to

Good product for fiber good quality and taste good but keep it in the fridge it’s a bit sweet but helps with constipation good luck with ur diet 💕

This is great, I found that if I eat an hour after taking it helps with not upsetting my stomache.

Chronic constipation since young. Tried eating more veg but never helped. Then I read about soluble and insoluble fibre and found this inulin on iherb. What a difference it made! Helps not only with constipation but also digestion. Easiest way to add 14g of fibre immediately and effectively. Only wish they didn't add so much sugar, tastes very sweet.

This seems a little strange . . . But my Functional Doctor was correct. this works GREAT!! I have a much better time going 🚽. The ease of movement has helped too. Of course. I increased my food fiber in take with this supplement. I like the ingredients and will order again!

Wish it was in a bigger bottle because it works! Delivers like clockwork, very cooling, pleasant taste and effect, I love making mocktails with it realizing the benefits at the same time. The amount of fiber is tremendous enough for a daily value.
