Last time I ordered Now Foodd psyllium husk fiber and this time accidentally I ordered not husk fiber but psyllium husk powder. It good for digestive system and if you don’t consume enough fiber daily. Big package last for a long time. 1 spoon I put to water then stir it and drink it
Psyllium husk powder is a natural prebiotic. I have some chronic constipation symptoms due to irregular diet caused by work. After using it, the symptoms have been greatly alleviated! I also use it to help my cats expel cat hair from their gastrointestinal tract and regulate their gastrointestinal flora. It is a very good product. But you need to remember that whether it is eaten by humans or cats, you need to drink plenty of water after taking it.
Excellent product, helps with constipation and bulking up. The quality is GREAT, it dissolves rather easy. I take 7 grams before bed, you have to be VERY fast to stir it up, stir it up fast it has to be like gelatin, but dont wait to long or it will harden up, when it hardens up dont try to mix with water it will never soften, just throw it out and start a new, mistakes happen. I have chronic constipation and use herbal pills, the poo is too soft and this product helps to bulk it. This product is gelatinous substance and when you go to toilet it covers your poo and makes it VERY easy to exit your rear, it slides out like on water slides and looks shiny [so dont be alarmed, its how it should look]
