Advanced Hair + Nail Care, 60 Original Capsules

I'm in my third month, two months I took the classic formula, and this week I started taking one BIO-SIL capsule with biotin in the morning, and the liquid capsule in the evening. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, tasteless and odorless and I really appreciate the fact that they are vegan. I definitely prefer it to encourage collagen production than to swallow a collagen supplement that is not guaranteed to actually reach the skin. In the meantime, I see a significant change in my nails and hair, not yet something visible in the skin, but they say it takes at least six months, so I continue to persevere! I cannot yet provide a super positive review on the effectiveness. My hair still fall and I need to pass tests for hormones. But overall the situation with my hair loss is not becoming worse. I continue taking these capsules with collagen from California Gold every day. I am optimistic they in combination will help

I've been taking this for a long time now, and even my hair stylist noticed how much new hair growth I've had the last time I got my hair done. I also shed way less in the shower and while brushing. I highly recommend!

I’ve been using this product for a few months now and it seems it is helping, especially with new growth. I am also noticing less hair falling out and my hair seems healthier. I would say there is an improvement in my general hair appearance. My nails are growing well, but since I’m so hard on my hands, it’s hard to tell because I have to keep cutting them as I break them.. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.. They seem to be easy to digest and I don’t feel any nausea or digestive problems after taking them. I would recommend using them to see if they work for you, but I would also take other vitamins as well to help with hair growth and nutrition to support your hair and nails..

I've been adding Biosil to my daily supplement routine for several months now. After menopause I struggled with dry skin, hair loss, and brittle nails. It took a couple of months to start showing results but once it did I was pleasantly surprised, I can especially tell a difference in my nails which were very weak & brittle before I started Biosil.

The original one works well for my hair, I see the difference in quality and quantity. With this one I had a crazy amount of baby hair, like twice more than when I’m taking the original version. The only thing that after finding the bottle 50% of these new baby hairs left my head:D

Biosil has been an amazing supplement for me. After just a few weeks, I noticed a big improvement—my hair shedding has reduced a lot, which was one of my main symptoms. I’m not sure if it was related to a nutrient deficiency, but this has definitely helped. I take it regularly and the frequency is easy to follow. The pill size is just right and easy to swallow. The taste is also fine with no issues. I’m really impressed with the results and will definitely keep buying and using it!

It‘s a bit pricey but it‘s one of the only silica supplements out there and I am often silica deficient so will have to just keep rebuying those whenever my wallet permits. The benefits on hair or skin are only visible though if taken daily over a period of over 4 months so it‘s good to commit for longer if taking for skin/hair benefits.
