I cannot go without activated charcoal at all. I will take 2 caps on normal days after huge meat meal to detox. when I feel my lower abdomen pain, I know I have eaten something toxic. I will quickly take 3 caps n three hours later another 3 caps. activated charcoal is the most harmless economical alternative for acidic tummy n food poisoning. excellent.
