I know this will be silly but it is natural and honest really really tastes like beats. I add to orange juice. I used the actual dose suggested and my body reacted a bit aggressively. I suggest if you have never taken beats start small as it ups your nitrate. But overall great product. It does clump if any moisture gets in it.
I have been using this for years it helped lower my blood pressure naturally so I didn't have to go on blood pressure meds.
i was shocked to see the powder was only one-third of the container. as not many people would know directly how much it would be for 6.1oz, all depending on the density of the powder, opening it up and see the amount of powder therein was a totally disappointment...it'd defeat the drive for any additional purchase.

I got these for a liver cleanse and the quality is great. This superfood is easy to digest and has benefited me well in to my old age. I just mix mine with water but juice is fine too. I have noticed improvement in my overall health. The taste is not fantastic but beets aren't great tasting.
