frankincense is the most powerful anti inflammatory know up to date , while Myrrh is the powerful anti pain ! so combined together , they can perform miracles . also they are very helpful for the Thyroid , by simply rubbing few drops on the Thyroid area .
I have stiffness and swelling in one of my knuckles. I often awaken with it bent and hard to straighten. I purchased this oil because I heard of the benefits of myrrh oil for arthritis. It's okay. The scent is a little off putting, which I suspect has to do with other ingredients. I personally like the scents of frankincense and myrrh but this oil has additives. That said, I did experience some relief after use with a decrease in pain and swelling.

This is a go to brand I’ve used for years for my leg pain if it flares up. It’s an herbal formula but does have naturopathic elements in it as well. It smells like cloves mostly but scent is not overly strong. The quality is A-1 but it is pricy for the 2 oz. Size.
i find it a main ingredient in my daily routine to help ease my elbow pain. i have both ostheo and rheumatoid arthritis in my elbow. i found it stops the pain within seconds.and ut kasts quite a dew hours. its an excellent product n my opinion.
This oil works really well for relieving joint and muscle discomfort. The blend of frankincense and myrrh has a soothing, natural scent that isn’t overpowering.
