Honestly, I bought these because Magnesium Citrate is supposedly "the one that actually works," and the added D3 felt like a nice participation trophy for my immune system. The tablets are a bit chunky — definitely not for the faint of heart (or throat). Do I feel like a brand-new human? Not yet.
