This is a high quality Creatine supplement. I prefer using capsules instead of powder because it's more convenient. The capsule size is big, but not hard to swallow. I take 4 capsules once a day with lunch. It doesn't have a weird taste or smell. My only issue with this, is that it's a bit pricey.

Been taking this for more than a month now and the quality is pretty good. No taste at all though the pill size I wish it’s a little small but it will do. The packaging bottle is nice.
