I have been giving it to my daughter for the past 4 months now and I can see a change. She gained 5 centimeters. I don't know if it's from the supplement but it surely helps to get all these extra vitamins. The quality is decent i do not have an issue with other the box that it arrives or the actual capsules. As far as I can see the ingredients haven't caused her any side effects.
