This product I bought for my granddaughter who is smaller than her younger sister. we need to have her use these supplements for at least 6 months to evaluate any improvement with her growth. She said these chewable tablets taste good and easy to chew. I will keep purchasing for as long as I need too , to see any results. I want to recommend and do if you think this supplement can benefit. The ingredients are good quality.

My kids don't love the taste but w a little apple juice they will get it down. As for growing, I'm not sure het we just started a week ago.
