I'm not sure what is causing my back pain but this stuff helps for whatever I have. I have to take one capsule twice a day to feel the difference. Relatively low dose of each ingredient compared to other products.
I bought this turmeric supplement for my parents as a daily health support. However, after taking it for a week, they both started experiencing pain that began from the soles of their feet and extended up to their knees. At first, I thought my mother might have strained herself somehow, but a few days later, my father developed the same symptoms. I am not sure if others who have taken this supplement have experienced similar issues.
This product really helps my aching joints. I have less pain, and my mobility has improved. I don't have any issues swallowing the capsules; they are not too large. As we age, our joints wear out from use- this is a fabulous product to help offset the aging process.

Great quality and benefit for joints and inflammation. Curcumin supplements have to be taken on a consistent basis for months to get its benefit for pain and inflammation.

this brand is known for producing product with high quality and pure ingredients. good for people in all age with joint pain and prone to inflammation. i see improvement in joint stiffness and after taking a few days. even for people without such problem, turmeric is a strong antioxidant and should see benefit in other aspect.
