The composition is good. Before I was taking another supplement with Chasteberry alone for low progesterone, but this one also contains Inositol which is good for ovarian health + Alpha lipoic acid and Qoenzyme. So it’s pretty good, good value for money.
One of the visible effects that I noticed is it helped me with my PMS symptoms, anxiety and anger disappeared, I’m less stressed.
The only one thing I don’t like is that you have to take four capsules a day and they’re pretty big:(
