Its a little more pricey than other products, but is my favorite curcumin. I've had a lot of recent surgery, and this has been my go to among other things!

I started using these one in hope they would help me ease my joint pain. Together with type II collagen. My reumathologist suggested I start using curcumin for my bone and joint inflammation since I do not tolerate any oral steroids. I feel it makes a bit of a differance.

Great Curcumin C3 complex, seems of high quality and is the most researched version of curcumin. I switched because my usual brand was out of stock but this is also great
i think it is an excellent quality product.. i use it for a few days now not only for general health but also for low metabolism (hypothyroid) and after a while i feel a nice heat through my body especially when i work out..i think it is working because i loose more weight than i used to with out it...ingredients and package are great.
