This is a quality supplement. The capsules are smaller than most hair, skin and nails supplements. There is no taste and the benefit to my skin has been a more healthy glow, I take zinc on top of this as I do not get enough in the dosage of this ingredient.

Great product, only it is missing copper to balance the zinc, so that needs to be taken separately, as well as B12. My hair and nails are good on this.
These are truly the best with the best variety of ingredients. I take 2 daily, sometimes with food but not always. Don’t smell great but they have no aftertaste. After 2 months my nails were so much stronger, I noticed hair changes after 4 months of consistent use. Skin is also less oily, less breakouts.
