First of all — HUGE can! Worth every penny. The smokiness is very natural tasting and perfectly balanced. This isn’t like the punchy, potent flavor of smoked lox salmon, it’s more like a very lightly smoked salmon where the fish (rather than the smoke) shines! Portion is two filets, with a bit of skin attached in some places. This is in water, not oil, so it is a bit more dry than salmon tins kept in oil. Quality is exceptional though, and you can taste the difference between this flavorful wild salmon versus the bland farmed salmon.

Delicious smoked salmon with no bones although they have a small amount of skin attached. Nothing serious. :) The salmon is in water, not oil, and isn't salty at all. They smell and taste fresh too. I love the exceptional quality of the salmon. Very filling as a snack, or added to a full meal. I will be purchasing more to have on hand!

Inside the can were 2 thin fillets that looked good & tasted good (orange brown, firm & odor-free). Added them to green curry (but I probably could have just enjoyed them directly from the can).

Taste is ok, wild caught smoked Alaska salmon, a bit too expensive for only 104g of strained salmon in this can, not 114g as it said, the rest is the broth. I thought what a deal to pay this much for 190g of wild salmon, but this is a net weight of the salmon AND the broth. Better stick with the sardines.

If you are too lazy to cook salmon, this is such a great way to enjoy it! The quantity is good enough for 2 people. The taste is not too salty and I love how pure the ingredients are.

This is my go-to for a quick, high-protein lunch. Unlike other brands, these are actual firm fillets, not mushy paste. The smoke flavor is rich but not overpowering, and it's not overly salty. Perfect flaked over a salad or on crackers. A bit pricey, but the quality is worth it.
