The powder dissolves perfectly, without lumps. No need for a mixer or shaker... no oily residue. However, the taste is not for me at all. Much too sweet and artificial. I wanted to add some variety to my coffee occasionally while following a ketogenic diet. I can only tolerate half a teaspoon for a cup at most. I won't buy it again.
