On my 3rd bottle. I've tried a couple other brands, and the combination of ingredients in this once seems to enhance the effectiveness of the 7-Keto DHEA (boost metabolism and exercise stamina and results ). I used to take DHEA to boost testosterone, without much effect - just blood tests warning about excess DHEA!
I’ve lost 12 pounds since I started using as directed with consistently working out 1 mile runs or walks 3-4x per week while wearing a sauna suit. lots of water, smaller portioned meals, no snacks after 6pm, and light weightlifting to be sure to tone as I lose weight. I love this product. I have tried other 7-Keto brands in the past, but this one is superior. The addition of Curcumin and Green tea extracts creates a slightly thermogenic effect; I feel warmer when I start exercising, even moderate exercise. Not sure if it is solely because of this product, but my muscle definition, which has declined with age, has returned.
