I drink this as breakfast. It is tasty, not too sweet; it tastes a bit like the diluted coffee. It gives me the protein and energy I need in the morning. Going to buy another one soon. For the package, I prefer the plastic bottle, it's a bit hard to seal it.
The best protein powder i’ve tried so far. Hopefully other flavors will have same quality or better taste. The size is medium and can be carried in medium size bags. The ingredients when combined with milk doesn’t taste like protein! The best thing I bought from iHerb for my diet.
I have honestly tried nearly every shake on the market and i could not find one that tastes any good or no where near coffee flavour. Also i stopped drinking milk as i could not lose weight. Great afternoon treat that also adds some protein to our diets. First time we made with water and it was good. After that we tried half water/ half almond milk and added 1/2 tsp. each of cocoa powder and instant espresso to it. Really delicious!
Wanted to try a coffee style protein. When blended with water it does not taste well. But now I blend with my milk replacement and it goes over much better
