my first review on iherb. hello fellow hard working gym busting friends. Ive got 20 years of protien shake drinking experience so ill give some indepth details and opinions here. most of the time shakes and drinks leave a fake sugar aftertaste that can and usually do also give you a stomach ache but so far the pros are good in this area. 1. no stomach aches.(due to the sugar they use) 2. good taste, no nasty chunky or chalkyness. mixes well with water and milk both warm and cold. 3. good /high quality ingredients that are coming down in price on a global scale. outlook is good if done right. but there are some serious cons to consider. 1. price: its insanely overpriced for the amount you get. if you are rich or cant find literally anything else then i guess its fine , try it! buy it! but even for the quality it doesn't justify the asking price. 2. packaging: its a bit wasteful of them to fill the bags about half full. 3. flavor options: at this time they do not have any flavors without caffine and that means this drink can absolutely ruin your sleep and fitness routine because its loaded with 150mg of caffine. unless you make your own non caffine preworkout, this would be overkill. 4. Protien. its only 20g of protien for 100cal when compared to 30g of protien for 120cal of another brand such as nutricost etc but im not referencing that as an endorsement of other brands. ill give it 4 stars for now but if they improve the options to include non caffine flavor profile and reduce the price to something more in line with the actual ingredient costs based on its competition then this brand could go far and be popular but unfortunately greed is at the heart of every starting companies downfall. i can only hope they let some of that go soon before they become known as "just another overpriced millennial bait company" its very hard to scrub that opinion from our minds once its set in and we dont really give all these companies who keep popping up claiming to be 100% clean green pet and sea life friendly another shot as we do move on quick!

Taste great Very good ingredients Love it Perfect size I recommend it
